The School Support Service program assists students with a Language Disorder in their educational setting.
Services are available to both verified (SLI, ID, ASD) and non-verified students (in Prep – Grade 3) for whom language is their primary area of difficulty.
The service is available to the three educational sectors (Education Queensland, Catholic Education and Independent Schools Queensland) throughout metropolitan, rural and remote Queensland.
The School Support Services program receives some funding through the Department of Education and Training (Non School Organisations program and Non-State Special Needs Organisation Program). For more information on the program please click here.
